  • Yield: 8-10 tons /ha; Balling at harvest: 25 to 26 degrees Balling
  • Alcohol Content: 13.5%

Winemaking Process: Fermented on skins 12 to 14 days after which the skins are pressed, and the wine is inoculated with malolactic bacteria to initiate a secondary fermentation. The wine is oak matured in small oak barrels, second and third fill, for 10 to 12 months.

 Tasting Notes:

  • Appearance: deep ruby red colour
  • Aroma: Primary flavours of dark red fruit with a hint of mint. Medium to full bodied wine with relaxed tannins and a soft lingering after taste.
  • Palate: Medium - Full Body, relaxed tannins
