SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The provision of goods by Zulu Girl Wines is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Zulu Girl Wines will contact you with options and advise of stock availability.

An order can only be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been processed by Zulu Girl Wines.

If a product is damaged: We package our boxes to export standards, and we take utmost care when sipping these boxes. But we cannot insure it with the courier companies as they don’t insure glass & liquid products. So, we cannot replace items if it is damaged in the transport stage to you.

Return policy If the wine is off or there is a quality problem with the standard of the wine, we will be happy to assist you in this regard. The solution will be discussed with management.

If you aren’t returning the item yourself, shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original state, we will refund you the value of the product. Handling fees may apply.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact Zulu Girl Wines within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.

Delivery Policy:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within three working days or as discussed. For Delivery via courier please complete the information correctly. Person Signing for the delivery must show proof of ID, and must be older than 18 years of age. We will not be liable for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the client.

Storage/Orders Paid For:

We do not offer storage of your paid orders for longer than two weeks. Orders kept here for longer than one two weeks will be charged extra for storage and you will receive a bill each month. This is now your property, and we will not be held responsible for any storage or breakage caused for longer than this time. Your order will be sent to you regardless of if you want it yet or not.

Payment Options Accepted:

Payment may be made via EFT to the ZuluGirl Wines Wines bank account, or securely via PayFast, The details of which will be provided during the checkout process Transaction currency.

The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility:

ZuluGirl Wines takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and arrangement for collection of goods.
